Short Points on Drew’s Life

I am running a fever and have a sore throat. This sickness completely saps my energy and motivation at work.

I rarely lose at Internet Reversi (Othello) on the intermediate level. It may be time to try advanced opponents.

The weather lately has been dreadful---lots and lots of pouring rain.

My favorite home remedy is tea made from fresh chopped ginger and lemon with honey. My dad used to make this for me when I was sick.

I miss Trina something awful. When I am sick and when the weather is dreary, I want nothing more than to snuggle.

I watched Ray last night. I found the ending somewhat abrupt but Jamie Foxx's performance was excellent and the music was superb. I've had random Ray Charles songs stuck in my head all day.

I have almost finished reading The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver. Trina recommended I also try The Poisonwood Bible.

I will write about the President's Day weekend sometime soon. For now, I am going home.
