I went to 42nd Street Bagel for lunch today after mailing a letter to Trina at the post office. I ordered a turkey and bacon club with cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a cheese bagel. This sandwich was deliciously reminiscient of the bagel sandwiches I used to get at Bruegger's in Massachusetts. There was a Bruegger's in the Salem Place Mall around the corner from Your Last Chance Games, where Sean, Matt May, George, and I used to play in Magic tournaments. Between rounds, or when I had a bye, I would go get a bagel sandwich with turkey and veggies and jalapeños. I miss those easy happy days when I was unconcerned by my amazing geekiness.
What am I saying? I am still a huge geek---Trina knows it and she still loves me. Hooray!
P.S. My lefthand desk drawer smells of the banana bread I brought back from my Tia Wualla's house. Hooray!
