I am (not) an old man
I leaned over in my desk chair to excitedly tell Brian, one of my summer student workers, that an ex-FBI official had revealed himself as Deep Throat only to have Brian look at me blankly and guiltily. I expounded, trying for some recognition, and got some response with the word 'Watergate.'
It's not like I was alive for Watergate---I will not be made to feel ancient and decrepit!

i wouldn't say your old, but you may be elderly... whatever - he should know who deep throat is...
