Dear Matt and Liz Kassoff,

I had a great time stopping by and eating your peas on Sunday and subsequently biking to the farmer's market in Ballard. I hope Liz's knee is doing better and I truly will come pilfer some of your beets. Is your chevre delicious and amazing? Mine is. If you are regretting abstaining from cherry purchases, Amber and AC still have a substantial supply you can steal. I said nothing.

I am sorry that I left so abruptly on our ride home. I was in a rush to get home and cleaned up for a spot of lunch with a friend I met at Paganello in Italy.

I know you read this site but I do not have either of your e-mail addresses. This lack, for me and my digital lifestyle, is a deep deep tragedy. If you leave comments to this post, you will be required to enter your e-mail address and I will have it, but it will not be published on the web for all to see (have no fear).

Wooo,
Drewfus / Carlos

PS I have been thinking about the Grand Central pork sandwich and thus looking forward even more to the Smith Tower move. Joy!

We had a great time with you too Drewfus. No hard feelings about having to book so fast. Our chevre had a life span of less than 2 hours after purchase, but if we were going to eat cheese and crackers for lunch, that was the perfect cheese to indulge on.

I don't like to spend money at Grand Central since I work there, but I broke down yesterday and bought one of those pork sandwiches. They are so damn good!! Pork loin Mt. Townsend Seastack Cheese house-made rhubarb chutney spring mix all on a petite baguette = AMAZING. Just typing that out makes me want another.

Well, now you have my email and I assume the amount of spam I receive will skyrocket. :)

    -Matt

Hello Drew! Sorry, I'm slower to respond than Matt. I'm glad you stopped by and asked us to join you to the market. I'm also glad my first (adult) bike fall is finally over.... Oh, and, uh, by the way, those beets I was offering.... they're radishes....! Talk to you soon, Liz
