Super Fantastic Birthday Weekend Extravaganza 2007…

…will be located in… drumroll

LAS VEGAS!

During the short drive from Claire Fisher’s house to the Portland train station on Sunday evening, Whit, Claire (Fisher/Big) and I managed to decide that we should spend the weekend of December 7th - 9th playing Ultimate and celebrating my birthday with Brian Calle in Las Vegas.

And then, yesterday evening, I convinced my housemates Claire (Storck/Little) and Deirdre that they should join us. We all have plane tickets. We all are playing on the same team at the Las Vegas Lucky 7s tournament. We all are staying in one big hotel room or suite.

I know, I know: I have said many times that I would never return to Las Vegas, the city holding no remaining hook or draw for me. Did you see the group with whom I’m going? Do you know how amazing this trip will be? Do you need an image?

    You know Shy put together a team also, right. So a bunch of current Claremont people, along with Haddock and Pacifica will also be there.
