Why I Care About Photography, Again

I care about photography because it lets me prove that people like me enough to sit still on the other side of a lens for a brief moment. Friends! That’s what those people are called. And friends are keen, and also, often, really ridiculously good looking.

Crazy elephant shrew! This new and bizarre mammal species was discovered in Tanzania’s Udzungwa Mountains. This region is well known for its wealth of biodiversity. Biodiversity is science speak for weird shit.

I don’t think he would make an “OM NOM NOM NOM” noise so much as a “SLURP SLURP SLURP.”
