		<description>I like the idea of a more personal sense of community justice. Obviously giving more power to the cops isn&#039;t the smartest, but the judicial system is so far removed from the crimes, I don&#039;t feel like it accomplishes much. Expand community service and dish out the time.</description>

		<description>The first obvious problem with cops having the freedom to dispense justice themselves is that you further encourage the self-selection of people who enjoy having power over others joining police forces.  That&#039;s not a good thing.</description>
