I took a run to Volunteer Park last night and did a bit of mini-Air Alert. I wanted to throw up because I'm not used to heat and humidity but my joints were good. @Joaquin I'm glad you enjoy the format—feel free to steal it—and I look forward to seeing you in Seattle.
